SR PSM Coordinator | JS Compliance JS Compliance is expanding our team of professionals. We are seeking professionals who have experience in PSM for the Refrigeration and Anhydrous Ammonia Safety Industry. The Sr. PSM Coordinator may conduct PSM activities as needed to include Compliance Audits, Leading/ Scribing Process Hazard Analysis, Managing Major MOC’s, Conducting Refresher Training and GAP Analysis. • The PSM Coordinators role is to lead a team in supporting multiple clients’ process safety management programs to ensure compliance requirements with OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and EPA’s Risk Management Plans (RMP) are met. The support is focused on preventing hazardous releases of Anhydrous Ammonia. • The PSM Coordinator analyzes and assesses the overall program policies and procedures to provide clients with support in implementing their written programs. • The PSM Coordinator manages a team of 2 (PSM Associate and PSM Data Specialist) to ensure that the TPSM client contract is being implemented as written. They provide direction and guidance to the team in executing PSM/ RMP support to the highest standard. • Leads monthly calls with multiple clients to review their PSM/RMP Programs and assist them to get and stay in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • 7+ years’ Demonstrated success in leading and implementing PSM programs and systems in the Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration industry. • Effective written and verbal communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills. • Experience in the management of jobs for multiple clients. • Strong computer abilities and a working knowledge of APSM is a plus. • RETA, CIRO or other refrigeration certification a plus. • Knowledgeable in OSHA 1910.119 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 regulations • Be proficient in analyzing and assisting in remediation of ammonia incidents. Refrigeration Mechanic — Salt Lake City Albertsons Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the general maintenance of the Ammonia Refrigeration System to include water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance. Provide mechanical support, including diagnosis and solution, for a dedicated delivery system including preventative maintenance, major repairs, and accident repairs. The methods and responsibility for the maintenance and repair of food storage areas, equipment and buildings shall be documented and carried out in a manner that minimizes the risk of product, packaging or equipment contamination as outlined in the Food Safety Management System. We do follow all PSM Compliance responsibilities and Documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES • Refrigeration System maintenance and operations • Follow preventative maintenance programs on all machines and equipment • Ensure all maintenance work performed to company standards • Answer alarm calls as needed to include fire alarms and refrigeration alarms • Routine maintenance of food storage areas and • Responsible for ammonia system - HVAC Certificate: Operator level I certificate in Ammonia Refrigeration • 2-5 years of equipment maintenance experience & refrigeration experience Job description is intended to provide a high-level of general requirements for this position.
