BEWARE OF HOTEL POACHERS The 2025 RETA National Conference is set for the Spokane Conven tion Center from October 20-24, 2025. Please be aware that RETA does not use any third-party companies to offer discounted hotel rates. Our official contracted hotels are The Davenport Grand, Autograph Collection and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Spokane City Center. These hotels will never contact you directly to offer lower room rates. Hotel poachers (also known as hotel pirates) are unauthorized third-party companies acting like travel agencies. They might claim our hotel blocks are sold out or offer fake discounted rates. They may even pretend to represent RETA or use our logo in their emails—this is not true. These poachers often don't have actual room blocks. Instead, they try to resell rooms from wholesalers like Expedia or Priceline, often demanding upfront payment. DON'T BE MISLED! No third-party housing companies are authorized to represent RETA or the Spokane Convention Center for hotel bookings. Always book directly with our official hotels.
