Speakers must be generic in their presentation, without product sales pitches. Our meeting environment is not a place for business networking. For that very reason, we do not share any of our Members’ contact information with anyone. The meeting must be a safe place for all in the industry to come and share problems and issues relevant to refrigeration and identify solutions. If one person feels uncomfortable, then we have not lived up to our own Code of Conduct or our

mission statement. I encourage all Members, Chapters and Chapter-leaders to review and familiarize yourself with the RETA-RSES Code of Conduct. “The RETA-RSES Code of Conduct” and “Adhering to the RETA-RSES Code of Conduct” is located within Section 1800 – Membership. • cooperation with investigations into a member’s violation of the RETA-RSES Code of Conduct; and Chapter support and communication regarding changes that restrict member’s capacity to perform with a member's competence, safety and effectiveness.
