wants operators, supervisors and techni cians to understand how to apply their knowledge of industrial refrigeration to keep everyone safe and to improve efficiency in the systems they manage. Those also are among the primary reasons RETA credentials have become the Gold Standard worldwide for industrial refrig eration operators and technicians. These study guides also include 24 system screens that support questions for each test. Candidates are not told when to use tables, formulas or the SDS. RETA provides a supplemental answer key for CIRO and CRST on the RETA website certification screen that explains answers to 28 questions based on the sample screen, plus eight questions based on a ladder diagram. These demonstrate to candidates the pathway to answering questions about the sample system in the study guide by using formulas, tables and screens in the references document for that test. This supplemental answer key was created to help candidates understand how to use information in RETA books and references to evaluate what is happening in a refrig-
